Down Low est un groupe de rap formé à Kaiserslautern, en Allemagne, en 1995, dirigé par les Américains Joe Thompson et Darren Tucker. Mike Dalien a rejoint le groupe en 1996, Joe et Darren ayant décidé de prendre des chemins séparés. Le groupe est connu pour des tubes comme “Johnny B”.
Down Low est considéré comme l’un des premiers groupes à avoir introduit la musique hip-hop dans un style européen au milieu des années 1990, avec des artistes comme C-Block, Nana et A.K. – S.W.I.F.T.
