Orville Richard Burrell, dit Shaggy, est un chanteur, musicien et DJ jamaïcain, né le 22 octobre 1968 à Kingston.

Il est surtout connu pour ses tubes Oh Carolina, Boombastic, Hey Sexy Lady, It Wasn’t Me et Angel. Son pseudonyme a été choisi d’après le personnage Shaggy Rogers (en français Sammy Rogers) de la série télévisée Scooby-Doo1. Il est actuellement, avec notamment Bob Marley, Sean Paul et Jimmy Cliff, l’un des artistes jamaïcains à connaitre une reconnaissance internationale.
